Little Earth Project Echoes of Summer 4.5%

In the summer of 2020 we decided to revisit the idea. We added a multitude of fruit from local hedgerows and farms to a single barrel over a single summer. It’s a deep red and rich beer, great for drinking in cooler months. The 2020 version was aged for longer in barrel and bottle for added complexity.
