Still Dry Fine Cider Perry Co-ferment
A co-ferment of Ellis Bitter and Tremlett's Bitter apples with an orchard blend of perry pears, matured in barrel on quince lees.
Deep gold in colour, heading towards amber. A real tropical fruit basket – Opal Fruit juiciness and ripe mango, with more pineapple, star fruit and kiwi and another flourish of that floral perfume. Despite its intensity it remains super drinkable and moreish.
