This is our very first berry cider – and we’ve done it our way. After holding off on fruit blends for a while, we’ve created something truly special: a raspberry and blackberry cider that tastes crisp, juicy, and refreshingly tangy.

Made with fresh-pressed juice (never from concentrate) and berries we picked ourselves, Bramble Bird is a small-batch release with authentic flavour at its core.

Night Bird is our sophisticated yet easy drinking namesake, a sparkling fragrant and refreshing cider. A medium wild fermented cider made from dessert and culinary varieties grown on the Nightingale’s family farm and surrounding orchards.

We recently were awarded 86 points and a Bronze award in the prestigious 2022 International Wine and Spirits Competition.
