A blend of bittersweet & bittersharp apple varietals including Dabinett, Yarlington Mill & Kingston Black, with a smattering of sharp Foxwhelp to balance the residual sweetness; all aged in old oak barrels with wild yeast.

A deep burnished orange amber colour with a light carbonation. It's rich & spicy, with bittersweet phenolics & nice barrel aged elements. Alc. 6.8% vol.

Sweetness: ⬤⬤ Medium Dry
