Yarlington Mill it’s one the all time great Bittersweet apples. This is the first harvest from our young, top-working trees. The fruit they produce is large and beautiful, but perhaps a little immature. This Yarlington is a little quieter than typical. A gentle flavour gives us a cider that is delightful, relaxing and enjoyable, led by hints of spice and characterised by soft tannins.
Sweetness: ⬤⬤ Medium Dry
Tasting Notes: Expect a crisp apple notes, with a subtle earthiness and a whisper of nutty undertones. Hints of green apple, a touch of rustic minerality, and a clean, slightly tannic finish that speaks to the apple's heritage lineage.
